All orders placed usually ship within 2 business days, Monday through Thursday.  We do not ship on Holidays.  Large shipments or custom orders may have different lead times.  If you need a more expedited shipping date please contact us and we will work with you to accommodate.


Payment for orders is by PayPal.  PayPal requires shipment to the confirmed address only.  At this time we cannot ship to gift or alternate addresses.


All packages are shipped signature REQUIRED.  Packages returned for lack of signature can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Because we use the US Postal Service for the majority of our shipments, we can ship to virtually any address in the USA including PO Boxes.  Unless otherwise noted, all products include free shipping.  All shipments are by ground service, for expedited shipments please contact us.

Returns & Damaged Freight

Due to food regulations we are prohibited from taking returns on food products.  If you are unsure about an ingredient or any question about our product please contact us prior to ordering.

In the event of warehouse error or damage during transit we will endeavor to make it right.  We haven't been in business this long by not being good to our customers!

Damage occurring during transit - Please notify us immediately to begin a claim.  Claims must be made within 72 hours.  We will adjust or resend the product at our discretion.  You may be required to return the product to us, failing to do so within 7 days will cancel your claim.
