Moist Pound Cake Ever
Loved this pound cake mix,just reordered 2 cases to bake and sell at a local gluten free event. Can't wit to try the coconut pie!
Brown and white rice flour (organic), sugar, (Non GMO) corn starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, non aluminum baking powder, freeze dried strawberry powder, natural vanilla powder (Non GMO corn starch, vanilla beans).
Gluten Free Strawberry Pound Cake Mix is cholesterol and fat free. This cake is a wonderful after dinner dessert or morning coffee and easy to make.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Add dry mix, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup vegetable oil. Mix well. Pour into greased 2 lb. loaf pan or pan of choice. Bake 50-60 minutes until center is done.
