Having a gluten free diet doesn't mean you can't have tasty, nutritious desserts. Our gluten free baking mixes are designed to help those who bake gluten free with a variety of products needed during a disaster. All products are gluten free packaged in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. These mixes are not complete - you will need to add eggs, dairy, or other ingredients. They are designed so you can subsitute egg replacers, dairy replacers, and coconut oils in any of these mixes making them both gluten free and vegan-friendly.
They also have been tested with shortening powders, powdered eggs, and dry dairy products.
Our gluten free survival food shelf life is 10 years if stored properly between 50 - 68 degrees.
