Our gluten free bread mixes are designed to help those who bake gluten free with a variety of products needed during a disaster. All products are packaged in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers for long term storage.
Note: These mixes are not 100% complete - you do need to add eggs, dairy, or other ingredients. They have been designed so you can subsitute egg replacers and dairy replacers in any of these mixes making them both guten free and vegan friendly!
Our gluten free survival food shelf life is 10 years if stored properly between 50 - 68 degrees.
